Most of you will be familiar with the wonderful service provided by our friends at DartConnect, and how their use at ADO tournaments and National Championships is increasing.  There will be a notable presence at the World Masters Nationals in Charlotte this Friday, and the BDO-ranked Charlotte Open which follows.

We would like to request that any players attending the events this weekend – in particular, the National Championship – that are in possession of a tablet, to please bring it!  We are planning that the entire event can be recorded on DartConnect, which will allow us to keep accurate event statistics for every competitor.  If you have any questions about DartConnect, please feel free to ask David or Gregg while you are there!

To keep a check on all the action with live scoring, go to tv.dartconnect.com/watch.html.  Play begins at 10.00am Eastern/9.00am Central, and the top four men and two women will qualify for the Winmau World Masters in London in November.  The winners of the 501 singles (men and women) at the Charlotte Open will also receive an invitation to the World Masters.

Finally, Sunday morning sees the ADO Youth Qualifier for the Americas Cup.  The winners of the boys’ and girls’ brackets will represent the USA at the 2016 WDF Americas Cup in Barbados in July!  Entry for the Youth Qualifier is FREE, and the only stipulation is that the players cannot turn 18 by July 12th!
