The minutes from the August Board Meeting in Stamford will be available here shortly. In the meantime, there are a number of items that warrant immediate publication.

2017 (and beyond) ADO National Championships

All bids for hosting a National Championship Finals MUST be submitted to the ADO Board prior to the Board Meeting in January of the previous year.  This is effective immediately, so all bids for hosting a National Championship Finals in 2017 MUST be submitted prior to the Board Meeting to be held in Las Vegas on January 23, 2016.

This policy will apply to all subsequent years.

In addition, it is a requirement that any tournament hosting a National Championship Finals MUST be ranked by both the BDO and the WDF. Should the hosting association decline either/or BDO/WDF ranking, the tournament shall not be permitted to host a National Championship.

This is effective January 1, 2016.

ADO National Championships

National Championships are gender specific, and this will also apply to ALL National Qualifiers (formerly “Regionals”).  Men will compete against men only, and women will compete against women only.

This is effective for all National Cricket Qualifiers in Fall 2015, and will apply to all future National Qualifiers.
