ADO TOURNAMENT SANCTIONING CONTRACT

  • Please read "ADO TOURNAMENT SANCTIONING REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES" prior to completing this form.

    1. Applications for ADO Sanctioning must be submitted to the resident REGIONAL DIRECTOR (for the ADO Region) in which the tournament site is located), a minimum of 45 days prior to the scheduled tournament date/s.

    2. A Filing Fee is required for ADO Sanctioning, and must accompany this form:

  • 3. Await receipt of a signed copy of this form, before advertising your event as ADO Sanctioned.
    (a) When ADO Sanctioning is granted, you will receive a "sanctioned by" ADO logo for use on all poster, flyers, programs, etc., advertising your tournament.
    (b) You will also receive an official form to use in reporting results for the ADO Championship Points System. The form must be completed and returned within 10 days of the event.

  • 4. The ADO Member Host Organization is ultimately responsible for the tournament prize purse in ADO Sanctioned Tournaments. Their name and / or logo MUST be included on all flyers/posters/advertising for the tournament.

  • Please enclose a breakdown of the schedule, entry fee, and prize money for each event.

    I understand that ADO Tournament Rules are to be strictly adhered to. I agree that the host organization will collect a $2.00 Surcharge fee from each entrant in the Open, Men's and Women's Singles events; the total of which will be forwarded to the ADO, together with the Championship Points form, within 10 days of the tournament.
