Donate Life Transplant Games of America Update

Following up on last week’s story about the Donate Life Transplant Games of America, held in Cleveland, here is a quick update from yesterday’s action on the dartboards.  What is particularly impressive is that there were 223 entries in the darts!

Unfortunately, I don’t have a list of winners, but I can tell you that our own Tina Rueles – responsible for getting the sport introduced at the event – grabbed the silver medal in the Open 501 Singles!  Tina leaves the 2016 Games with a hat-trick of medals, also winning a silver and bronze in the golf!

Tina is now focusing on getting youth darts really going in Houston, TX, and wants to get more youth players involved in both the Transplant Games of America, and the World Transplant Games.  As things progress, I hope to be covering significant developments in detail, both here, and on the ADO Youth Darts website.
