Updated: October 28, 2019

The $50 pre-registration deadline for the Americas Cup Youth Qualifier has been extended by a week, until Friday, November 1, 2019.

In case you missed the previous posts, the USA will be sending a Youth Team (1 boy and 1 girl) to the 2020 WDF Americas Cup in Jamaica, and the team is to be decided at a National Playoff.  To be eligible to compete in the playoff, players must not turn 18 before July 22, 2020 (after the completion of the Americas Cup).

The playoff is on Saturday, November 9, 2019, and is being held in conjunction with the Seacoast Open.  The venue is the Doubletree by Hilton, 123 Old River Rd, Andover, MA, 01810 (I-93, exit 45).  Registration is at 8am, with a 9am start.

There will be separate qualifiers for boys and girls, and the format will be all 501.  There  will be round-robin brackets leading to knockouts, with the winner of each advancing to represent the USA.

Dress code for the qualifier is collared shirt, black dress pants, and dark, closed-toe shoes (not tennis shoes).  No headgear (including headphones) allowed.

Entry fee is $50 per player, and must be received by Friday, November 1, 2019.  Entries will be accepted after November 1, but entry will be $75 per player.  All entries must be accompanied by the entry fee.  So, you still have a few days to get your entry in for $50.

Please find attached registration forms with full details and rules in .doc format (editable for email registration) or .pdf format for mailing.  If you have any questions, please contact ADO National Youth Manager, Carrie Demers (contact details on the registration forms).
