2023 Cazoo World Championship Preview

So, as we bid farewell to De Bonte Wever in Assen, we make the short trip across the English Channel to London for the 2023 Cazoo World Championship.

This year, there are two Americans in action. Danny Baggish returns while Leonard Gates makes his Ally Pally debut. The tournament beins on Thursday (December 15), but it’s a few days before either of our boys take to the stage. Baggish opens against Canadian Matt Campbell on Sunday evening, and “Soldier” plays 24 hours later, facing Geert Nentjes (Netherlands).

Top Seed for the tournament is 2021 Champ Gerwyn Price, but the bookies list three-time champion Michael van Gerwen as slight favorite. For the first time, three women will be taking part; Fallon Sherrock, Lisa Ashton, and new World Master Beau Greaves.

Updates will be available at from the PDC website
