After the first two matches in the Group E Round-Robin, Larry Butler sits at 1-1.  After a disappointing defeat yesterday against Gary Anderson, Butler bounced back to edge out Andy Boulton in a nine-leg thriller.

As it stands, Boulton is the only player in the Group who has been eliminated from the event, with the other three very much in contention.  Butler’s final Group Match is tomorrow night, against Dutchman Raymond van Barneveld, who lost today to Anderson.

The situation is clear: if Butler beats van Barneveld, he joins Anderson in the Top 16!
